Nocatee

Nocatee is a new coastal community in Ponte Vedra that blends a variety of neighborhoods with schools, parks, libraries, recreation, offices, shopping, restaurants and much more. Upon completion in approximately 2030, Nocatee will include over 14,000 homes and an estimated 35,000 residents in a series of neighborhoods. Each neighborhood will have its own park, which may include ball fields, tot lots, playgrounds and picnic areas. In addition, community parks will feature athletic fields, an aquatics park, playgrounds, tennis facilities and basketball courts. All residents will have access to Community Park and Splash Water Park.
